bathing besides cleansing the skin. Agility, joy and serenity are created in
the body. The blood circulation is fast. Freshness is created in the brain.
After
bathing, you feel hungry. You feel refreshed by itching, dirt, sweat and
fatigue. By taking a bath daily, a person can be protected from 50% of diseases
by keeping the skin clean, because the body's ability to fight
diseases increases. This is the reason why people who take less baths
cannot cope with even minor ailments and easily fall prey to various ailments.
Here are some tips to help you get started:-
Bathing should be done daily in summer and in
winter if not daily, then at least on the second or third day.
Use moderate water for bathing, neither too
hot nor too cold. Too much cold water makes the skin rough. Fresh water is best
for bathing.
People who are accustomed to bathing in fresh
water are relatively safe from colds, flu and other diseases.
Taking a bath before eating is good for your
health, while not taking a bath immediately after eating.
Taking a bath at a time of fatigue,
depression and lethargy is a great relief.
You should not take a bath in a place where
the wind blows.
