NEED EXERCISES FOR MENTAL & PHYSICAL HEALTH

Health and well-being is one of the special blessings bestowed by Allah Almighty. Do not waste it at all. Take care of your health, because if we are healthy, we will be able to carry out our daily activities in a happy manner. The heat will go away. We can take care of our health with great ease with good diet and regular exercise which is not a difficult task.

Not everyone is aware of the effects of exercise on the human body. Exercise is important for both mental and physical health. It has positive effects on the entire body system, whether it is a muscular system, a respiratory system, a circulatory system, everyone must make a difference. Exercise for at least 30 minutes daily.

When it comes to physical activity, it is important to include all the major muscles, including the legs and arms, in order to improve and enhance the physical system. Physical fitness is only for young people. No, it is necessary for all ages and genders, so never keep yourself away from physical activities. Muscles are very important in the physical system, they have the special ability to contract and expand, and all physical activity is possible only through the contraction and expansion of the muscles. If observed, this system involves all the muscles and tendons.

Exercise, also often referred to as physical exertion, has significant effects on physical health and the muscular system. Thanks to this, all the muscles are strengthened, because in the human body, these cells need energy to function, and this energy is obtained through a chemical process. It is important for this energy that all the cells in the body get enough oxygen. Exercise increases the quantity of hemoglobin in the blood, which in turn increases the ability of the muscles to store oxygen.

Exercise increases the ability of muscle fibers to contract and expand, increases strength, and improves performance. Skills such as speed, flexibility, strength, endurance are further improved. The membrane wrapped around the muscles becomes stronger, the capillaries around them become entangled, and their number also increases. Oxygen is available in all quantities, if not exercised for a long time, the work is affected and the muscles become weak. With exercise, blood reaches the entire body in all amounts. Similarly, when it comes to the respiratory system, it means the entry of oxygen into the body and the release of carbon dioxide from the body. Carbon dioxide is not completely eliminated during normal breathing, and exercise can be beneficial if done regularly, because Exercising gives fast and deep breaths. Carbon dioxide is completely excreted from the lungs. The body's need for oxygen also meets the body's need for muscle cells. The function of the lungs is further improved and the penetration of oxygen into the blood is accelerated.

The process by which blood circulates in the human body is called blood circulation. Its function is to maintain the balance of blood in the body. Pure blood returns to the heart through the veins. Now that the cardiovascular system is understood, exercise is essential for it and its effects are as follows.

Exercise increases metabolic weight, the body needs to release more oxygen and carbon dioxide.

Exercise produces hemoglobin in the body, which carries oxygen from the lungs to the muscles and other organs of the body; the growth of red blood cells increases the capacity of oxygen in the body and allows a person to do more and more work without getting tired.

Exercise makes the heart stronger and more energetic, and its functioning also improves.

Exercising regularly establishes an alternating cardiovascular system inside the heart, which reduces the chances of death in the event of a sudden heart attack.

Diabetes patients have low blood sugar levels.

Cholesterol levels in the blood are also improved and exercise also regulates the heart rate.

Health is a blessing of Allah Almighty. Never waste it. A person who exercises daily should be compared to a person who is not at all interested in physical activities. Difference will be clearly visible.

First of all, the muscle contraction and the ability to spread is reduced, the person feels very weak physically. Fatigue is a condition in which the quantity of energy consumed inside a person is high. As a result, physical strength is lost. In such a situation, a person feels tired both physically and mentally.

Similarly, there are many reasons for fatigue, such as

 Lack of immunity
There is a lot of fat in the body
Lack of oxygen
Participate less in physical activities
Due to lack of sleep
Due to stress

Encourage yourself to take part in physical activities, make a balanced diet a habit, get rid of laziness and fatigue in your life and exercise regularly.

Similarly, when it comes to a healthy diet, it means a diet full of nutrients, the right quantity of all the ingredients that are necessary for the full development of our body is called nutrition. The human body is just like a machine that works continuously, so the way we consume food has a direct effect on our condition. Because this food is digested and gives energy to our body, gives immunity, thanks to which it is possible to prevent germs.

A nutritious diet should include all extent of protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals. The vitality of each living thing depends on the unit. It can be obtained from meat, eggs, rice, lentils, yogurt etc. But vitamins can give us countless benefits, such as hemoglobin. Proteins make antibodies in our body which provide immunity against germs and help in digestion of food.

If all of the proteins in the body are not absorbed, the body's growth is affected, the immune system is disrupted, anemia is reduced, and the disease quickly subsides. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness.

To be happy, you need to take special care of your health.
