Calcium and phosphorus are the most important and essential minerals that the human body needs. The importance of calcium (lime) is made clear by the fact that only a quarter of the weight of the mineral salts in our body is lime, and if we calculate the weight of the whole body, About 3% of the weight of lime is in a person. If a person weighs 50 kilograms, then he has one and a half kilograms of lime in his body. Most of this quantity of lime is in the bones and teeth of the body, where it is combined with phosphorus in the form of lime and phosphorus compounds. Lime is also present in our blood.

Phosphorus is found in the cells of the body mixed with proteins in our body and is present in the body along with certain fluids of the brain and nerves, in the bones, teeth and blood of the body, is included in the form of salt.

Women need more calcium and phosphorus during pregnancy and lactation. With the onset of pregnancy, the lack of calcium in the body of the pregnant woman also increases and this is due to the fact that the little baby in the womb is able to nourish and build its bones. Therefore, phosphorus and lime are extracted from the mother's blood. During pregnancy, the calcium in the mother's blood goes even faster into the baby's womb. Experiments on cows have shown that after breastfeeding for about four and a half months, the quantity of calcium in the cow's body decreases by about 20%. According to Dr. Cameron, all of the calcium in the baby's stomach comes out of the mother's bones, as if the mother's bones are not just for building the body, but for chewing and gum. They also serve as stocks of saffron.

It has been proven for a long time that if women do not get all the food they need during pregnancy and menstruation, then the teeth get damaged and worms get infected. Two Norwegian doctors tested on sixteen pregnant women and found that at the end of the pregnancy, not all of them had calcium in their bodies, and not all of them had phosphorus in their bodies was also missing.

Children from older men need more calcium and phosphorus to nourish their bones and teeth. Lack of phosphorus and calcium in a child's diet prevents his bones and teeth from developing fully, but the same can be said if there is too little phosphorus in the diet. That's why it's so important for a baby's diet to have both of these ingredients in the right quantity.
